Senior Civil Engineer

Mr. Dibb has over 13 years of Civil Engineering, Site Planning and Project Management experience and is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire and is a LEED Accredited Professional. His responsibilities include project management, civil/site engineering, local and state permitting, and engineering business development.  Mr. Dibb has extensive experience in the design and preparation of drawings and specifications for commercial, industrial and residential civil/site projects.

Mr. O’Neill is President of C&A Engineering Services and Condyne, LLC, Massachusetts’ 5th largest commercial development firm. He is also a principal in Advantage Construction, Inc., a design-build firm specializing in the construction of large industrial facilities.  Advantage undertakes most of Condyne’s design-build needs.

Mr. Kelly is Vice President of C&A Engineering Services, Vice President of Condyne, LLC and also President of Advantage Construction, Inc., a Design Build and Construction Management company. His responsibilities include project planning, permitting, estimating and project management.  Mr. Kelly’s hands-on approach is involved in the development process from the beginning through the successful completion of the project.

Mr. Kelly’s prior experience includes working at Suffolk Construction Company where he built strong relationships with repeat clients including Marriott International, Homestead Village and Bass Hotels and Resorts.

 


Don O'Neill

Mr. O’Neill is Vice President of C&A Engineering Services, LLC, Advantage Construction, Inc. and Condyne, LLC. He is an asset to the Condyne development team with his years of experience in the distribution industry.

Before joining Condyne LLC, Mr. O’Neill guided Condyne Freezers, Inc. for the past 14 years. As President of the Condyne Freezers, he was directly responsible for operating over one million square feet of public refrigerated and dry warehouse space and the daily management of over 250 employees.
His practical knowledge of operating, designing, and layout of high bay distribution centers, is a valuable asset for future projects.
